The Premise

Every account, one clear view.

FinanceFlow is a personal finance app that pulls saving, budgeting and expense tracking into a single place. Automatic bank sync, weekly spending reports, debt management, bill reminders — and shared access so a household can budget together. A UX and UI engagement for EliteSoft, 2021.

The goal was decisions over guesses: give people a view of their money clear enough to act on.

About

Money management that stays in reach.

From day one FinanceFlow was built as a persistent financial picture — not a once-a-month reckoning. Daily expenditure syncs automatically, weekly reports surface the patterns, and upcoming bills never arrive as a surprise. The household, not just the individual, holds the budget.

What it does

Bank sync

Daily expenditure captured automatically across linked accounts.

Weekly reports

Spending patterns surfaced before they become habits.

Bill tracking

Upcoming bills tracked so nothing arrives as a surprise.

Debt management

A clear path through what's owed, in plain numbers.

Shared budgeting

Invite the household to plan against the same budget.

The Design

Calm, because money isn't.

Finance is stressful; the interface refuses to be. The system is built on blue — Mariner, Havelock and Anakiwa — chosen for the steadiness it signals, then paired with generous space and tabular, exact figures. Numbers are the hero: aligned, legible, never decorative. The job of the design is to make a glance feel like control.
