Three years inside the startup landscape went into framing the problem; the answer was a single assistant that meets a founder at each stage. A UI design project for Sharing Citizen, 2020.

KANDA reframes startup support as a single, adaptive system. It offers data-driven guidance on the business model, surfaces growth opportunities, and keeps an eye on compliance — learning from each interaction so its advice sharpens over time. The Design
Optimism, made the system colour.
KANDA's identity runs on yellow — Laser Lemon — the most luminous, attention-commanding colour on the spectrum, and a deliberate signal of optimism and creativity for founders staring down hard odds. It's balanced by an electric blue and a near-black night sky, so the brightness reads as confidence rather than noise.
